Customization, Uploaded Photos & Marketing Permission

When you voluntarily upload a photograph, image, name, number, team information, or other customization material, UMBER DNA° may use that information as necessary to design, produce, communicate about, and fulfill your personalized order.

Submitting customization materials for an order does not automatically give UMBER DNA° permission to use those materials for advertising or marketing.

During the customization process, customers may be given the option to separately authorize UMBER DNA° to feature their custom work for marketing purposes.

If permission is provided, UMBER DNA° may photograph, record, display, reproduce, and share the customer's submitted design materials, design proof, production process, and/or finished customized product on UMBER DNA° social media accounts, website, portfolio, advertisements, and other promotional or marketing materials.

Marketing permission is optional and is not required to place an order. Choosing not to provide permission will not affect the customer's order, pricing, design, production, or service.

When submitted materials depict a minor, the person providing marketing permission confirms that they are the minor's parent or legal guardian, or otherwise have appropriate authority to grant permission for the use of the minor's image.

UMBER DNA° will use customer-submitted customization materials for marketing only when the applicable marketing permission has been provided.

Photos of Minors

UMBER DNA° creates personalized apparel that may feature youth athletes and other minors. Orders and customization submissions must be made by an adult or by a person authorized to provide the submitted information and images.

If you submit a photograph or information relating to a minor, you confirm that you are the minor’s parent or legal guardian, or otherwise have appropriate authorization to provide the material for creation of the requested product.

Our Services are not intended for children to independently submit orders or personal information.
