CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ITEMS

Because UMBER DNA° products are made specifically for you, custom and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged due to incorrect information submitted by the customer, change of mind, or sizing selection.

DESIGN APPROVAL

A design proof is provided before production. Please carefully review all names, numbers, spelling, colors and design details. Once you approve your final proof, production begins and changes may no longer be possible.

UMBER DNA° ERRORS

If we make an error that does not match your approved design or order details, please contact us. We will work with you to correct or remake the affected item at no additional cost.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include clear photos of the issue. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate replacement or resolution when applicable.

SIZING

Please verify your size before ordering. Because each item is made to order, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for an incorrectly selected size.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once design work or production has begun, cancellation or refund may no longer be available.
