Shipping & Delivery

UMBER DNA° products are custom-made to order. Most orders are completed within 5–7 business days after final design approval.

Production time and shipping time are separate.

Standard Shipping — $8
Estimated transit time: 3–5 business days after production is complete.

Express Shipping — $15
Estimated transit time: 1–2 business days after production is complete. Express shipping speeds up delivery only and does not shorten design or production time.

Free Standard Shipping is available on qualifying orders of $70 or more.

Local Delivery

Local delivery is available within our designated delivery area for $5 on qualifying orders meeting the minimum order requirement shown at checkout.

Delivery date, time, and meeting arrangements will be confirmed individually after your order is placed.

Shipping Addresses

Please carefully review your shipping address before submitting your order. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, carrier delays may be outside UMBER DNA°'s control. If there is an issue with your shipment, please contact us at order@umberdna.com and we will assist when possible.
